Hi, I’m Candace O’Sullivan—a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and advocate for moms who are ready to take back control of their child’s education.

For over 14 years, I’ve worked in Applied Behavior Analysis, helping children overcome behavioral challenges and supporting families across home, clinical, and school settings. I spent 10 years as the Lead BCBA in a public school district, where I developed behavior intervention plans, conducted FBAs, trained staff, and created specialized programs to support students with complex needs.

But what I saw in those IEP meetings changed everything. Parents were being dismissed. Data wasn’t driving decisions. And children were falling through the cracks.

That’s why I left the school system and created Behavioral Advocacy & Support, LLC—and later, the Behavioral Support Academy—to give moms like you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to advocate without fear.
